How to enter student loan interest paid in ProConnect Tax

Entering qualified student loan interest:

1. Go to Input Return ⮕ Deductions ⮕ Adjustments to Income.
2. Select the Education tab.
3. Enter the amount in Total qualified student loan interest paid.

If the deduction is not flowing to the return, check the Student Loan Interest Deduction Worksheet for limitations. ProConnect Tax will calculate the deductible amount of student loan interest based on the worksheet from the form instructions.
