Yes, electronic withdrawal/direct debit is available for Form 990-PF returns for tax years currently supported for electronic filing. To enable it for a return:

1. From the Input Return tab, go to General ⮕ Electronic Filing.
2. Scroll to the section Electronic Payment section > (990-PF).
3. Check the box Electronic payment of balance due.
4. Complete the bank information input fields.
