Generating Pennsylvania City Returns in ProConnect Tax

Before you start:
ProConnect Tax supports Pennsylvania City Returns.  Please note all PA City Returns must be paper filed.
To Generate a PA City Return:
Go to the Profiletab.
Under Add a state return at the top of the screen enter Pennsylvania and select PA Pennsylvania.
Under General you'll now see Pennsylvania with a search box for Add a city return.
Type in the name of the city or select the city from the list to add it to the return.
The status of the city's e-file eligibility will appear under the column Eligible for E-File.
Go to Input Return⮕State & Local⮕Taxes⮕ Pennsylvania Cities Earned Income Tax
For income:
For Wage income, Input Return⮕ Income ⮕ Wages, Salaries, Tips - Under the State and Local section, complete the table Pennsylvania - Local Wages and Withholding Information for each applicable W-2.
For Schedule C income, Input Return⮕ Income > Business Income (Schedule C) > State & Local Tab - Under City name (Click on button to expand) {} select the appropriate City name and the appropriate amounts for allocating.
For rents and royalties, Input Return⮕ Income ⮕ Rental & Royalty Income (Schedule E) ⮕ State & Local select the City name in the City Information section to allocate the income and expenses to that city.
For Schedule F income, Input Return⮕ Income ⮕ Farm Income (Schedule F / Form 4835) ⮕ State & Local Tab - Under City Information, select the appropriate City name (Click on button to expand) {}and the appropriate amounts for allocating.
For Passthrough K-1's, Input Return⮕ Income ⮕ Passthrough K-1's ⮕ Info Tab - Select the City Name under the City Information section.
