How to order or renew tax returns in ProConnect Tax

This article will help you order tax returns for next season and change the credit card on an existing order before it's billed.

To order tax returns:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click PCG--UI_PTO_navbar-purchase.png on the left side of your screen.
  3. Press the order TY2023 returns button.
  4. Select the number of Individual and Business returns you expect to file. Your price per return will be displayed here, with lower per return prices available for larger purchases.
  5. When you're satisfied with your selections, press Continue to billing.
  6. Enter your credit card information and billing address.
    • Make sure to use a credit card that doesn't expire before the charge date listed on this screen.
  7. Click Review my order to continue.
  8. Review your order details and verify all information is correct. When complete, press Place my order.

To update the credit card on an existing order:

Now you can update the billing information on your order right within ProConnect Tax. Follow the steps below if your order hasn't been billed yet, and you need to change the credit card it will post to.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click PCG--UI_PTO_navbar-purchase.png on the left side of your screen.
  3. Scroll down to the 2023 tax filing season section.
  4. Select Edit payment info.
  5. Follow the instructions on-screen to update your billing information.

This will only be possible while the preorder is still pending. The Edit payment info option will go away once preorder billing takes place on 1/4/2024.
