Form W-2 finding Form W-2 box 20 city codes

In order to transfer the local information correctly in ProSeries, specific abbreviations are needed for Box 20. These abbreviations may not match those printed on the Form W-2 received from the employer. To view a list of the supported city codes:

1. Open the W-2 Worksheet.
2. Right click on Box 20 of the W-2 Worksheet.
3. Select the option About Box 20 to launch the help center.
4. Scroll down to view a list of codes for various states and cities.
5. Enter the code for your city in Box 20 of the W-2.
