Answering Form 990 Part IV Question 12a Yes and Generating Schedule D Parts XI and XII in Lacerte

On Form 990, Page 3, in Part IV Checklist of Required Schedules, I need to mark Question 12a Yes and fill out Schedule D, Parts XI and XII.  How do I do that?

To mark the box "Yes" for Question 12a:

1. Go to Screen 50.1, Balance Sheet
2. Scroll to the section Supplemental Financial (Schedule D)
3. Mark the box Separate, independent audited financial statements prepared according to GAAP

To generate Form 990 Schedule D, Parts XI, and XII, as Question 12a requires:

1. Go to Screen 51.5, Reconciliations (990)
2. Scroll to the section Reconciliation of Revenue Per Audited F/S With Revenue Per Return (Schedule D, Part XI).
3. Enter any applicable information in the fields provided.
4. Scroll to the section Reconciliation of Expenses Per Audited F/S With Expenses Per Return (Schedule D, Part XII).
5. Enter any applicable information in the fields provided.
