Generating Form 1120-F Income Tax Return of a Foreign Corporation in Lacerte

Lacerte only supports form 1120-F, the income tax return for a foreign corporation, in the Corporate module.

To generate Form 1120-F:

1. Go to Screen 1, Client Information.
2. Scroll down to the  Miscellaneous Info section.
3. Check the box, 1120-F Filer?.
4. Go to Screen 4.1, Miscellaneous Information.
5. Scroll down to the Foreign Corporations (1120-F Filers) section.
6. Complete all applicable information.
7. Go to Screen 36, Foreign Taxes (1120-F).
8. Complete all applicable information.
