Restricting access to a return in ProConnect Tax
by Intuit•1• Updated 1 week ago
- Only users with Primary Admin, Advanced tax and books admin, or Company Admin can restrict access to a return.
- Users with Advanced tax and books access, Advanced tax access, or any of the non-tax roles cannot restrict access to a return
- The Primary admin can access any return regardless of restriction
Return access is independent of client access. A user with access to a client will still see a return that was restricted by another user, but will not be able to access it. A user without access to a client will not see any returns for that client.
