Entering Form 4626 in ProSeries

This article will help you enter Form 4626, Alternative Minimum Tax for Corporations, in ProSeries.

ProSeries does not support generating the 4526 however once you manually complete the form you can adjust the tax return:

To enter Form 4626:

1. Review the IRS instructions to determine if the corporation is subject to AMT.
2. Download the 4626 from the IRS site. For the current year form click here.
3. Manually complete the 4626.
4. Open the Form 1120 p3-6 to access the Schedule J.
5. Enter the AMT amount on line 3.
6. When filing the return attach the completed 4626.
