REJECTION FOR 1095-A BUT FORM IS ATTACHED.

Does anyone have an idea why my clients return is being rejected for the 1095-A and I have the data entered in ProSeries? It says something doesn't match... Could i have gotten the policy number wrong or something else?? I allocated the clients amount to zero as she is on parents policy.

In past years, the 0% allocation resulted in this problem.  I had THOUGHT I read it was fixed, but apparently not.

Write up an explanation (or just turn the 8962 showing the allocation of 0%) and convert it to a PDF. Then attach that PDF as an "other" attachment and call it "ACA Explanation".
