Cares Act : how to show in turbotax that I want to spread the taxable income over a three-year period

I am using turbotax premier to complete my personal taxes.

Due to financial hardship losing my job due to covid we took a distribution as per the Cares Act.

I have the 1099R and entered all the data but how do I specify the amount each year to be applied to my taxes/
