I received a W-2 from a client who works for AYA Heathcare as a staffing employee. He has worked in a couple of states for them, CA. and PA according to a pay stub that I have and CA. and PA. state taxes were deducted from his paycheck. He received a W-2 from them showing no Federal Income or no Federal deductions, but for the State it has State wages from MO. There is only a gross income with no deductions. Confused of what to do with State income and what State income do I file, if any?

Do you have all of the pages of the W-2? Typically the first page has the federal stuff and one state and then pages are added for additional states.
