I keep getting this error "unable to import this client, because "legal business name" is missing. Update this manatory information and retry." when importing from QBO into proseries professional.  It has happened on the last two clients that I have tried to import.  Both have had their legal names entered into QBO. Does anyone have a fix?  Proseries blames QBO and QBO blames proseries and I'm unable to get any answers.

Please only comment if you have an actual solution.

what are you trying to import?  Might be quicker just to manually enter the figures.

No way, you must have never used the import. It's way faster to import than to manually enter.

If it doesnt work and you have to call support, sounds like its not faster.

Is the punctuation or lack thereof the same in each file for the business legal name?

Yes, I have even copied and pasted to make sure both names are correct.
