Submission is a duplicate of one that was previously received

I have a few clients that I e-filed, but when I go to EF view it doesn't say EF accepted. It says Marked for e-file. When I resubmit, it says it's a duplicate of one already received. Anyone have this issue? Is there anything I should be doing? How can I get a confirmation that this was e-filed, especially if they had a payment attached to it?

highlight the file and hit F12, does the EFile History give you any clues?

No, it says "Marked for EF"

You said you already Efiled them, if you highlight the file in the EFCenter and hit F12, you dont see any EFile history?

Nope, it didn't. However, I did E-file > Electronic Filing > Update efile transmission and Receive ack status and that seems to have worked. Now on EF view it says "EF accepted". Thank you.
