Hello - Im am getting conflicting information - Is a partnership (under$250mil) required to file a a schedule L and a schedule M3. IRS instructions for M3 says if there is a partner who holds 50% or more of the shares then a M3 is required. While my understanding is if they are under the $250mil they dont have to
