SC1040 Line 3r calculating incorrectly

SC1040 Line 3r not calculating correctly. Cross reference takes you to incorrect federal 1040 line.

Am I reading this correctly. Line 3r is supposed to be Negative amount of federal taxable income. But when SC1040 is $0, and there is a federal tips deduction add-back, line 3r calculates wrong and you end up with SC taxable income.

Line 3r is the negative federal taxable income from line 15 of Fed 1040.  You know the SC nonconformity issue. You will need to enter the correct amount on line 3r. The line allows you to enter the correct amount.

Thank you. I was letting ProSeries know there was a problem. This has calculated correctly in prior years. My original post was a while back.
