I am not a code-head nor a forms-head, so I don't remember what box 2 on F5498 is; however, I do not find the need to look it up in order to help someone.

Go to Income > Pensions, IRAs (1099R) > Details > Form 8606 (along the top of the box). It has a spot for you to enter conversions all the way down at the bottom.
