Hello,
on a server - 5 work stations
3 days ago: was efiling a return it crashed and when reloaded it had error codes in returns: no preparer found, no ero, no efin etc. csr helped after a few hours renamed something "old" and was good. One of my employees did call duties
tonight : printing a return every data field goes blank with red, then crashes. open up program and same issues in returns with preparers, ero, efin.
