Print Per Form Fee Schedule

I set a per form fee schedule. The return I'm working on produces an invoice when I print the return.  I want to review and perhaps change/update my fee schedule, however, I cannot figure out how to print the existing. When I go to Billing per form all the prices are blank.

I can find the entered fee schedule in the CHARGES PER FORM section of  1040 Clint Specific Billiing Option page, but I cannot print it (except in tiny pieces).
