    Preparing an Oklahoma state return with a credit for tax paid in other states. It requires the PDF of the other state and W-2. I've attached but cannot get the error to go away to file.

    Thank you I figured it out.  It actually was because I used other as the desctription instead of OT(other tax) which I thought was short for overtime

    Here's the step-by-step process for resolving the OK PDF attachment issue:

     

    1. Navigate to the PDF attachment screen specific to the return type and delete the existing pdf file.
    2. Exit the client, re-enter it, and attempt to re-attach the PDF.
    3. If the problem persists, document the specific error details in the comments below.

    Note: Some critical errors function as warnings that can't be cleared; yet they don't prevent you from successfully e-filing the return.
