Hello,
I am getting an error the following error on a WV return:
"Schedule M, line 44 requires Federal Form 8996 to be attached as a PDF for electronic filing"
I am very confused! Line 44 on schedule M is the PBGC Modification (deduction).
Is this a glitch? I can't understand what Federal Form 8996 that is used to certify a corporation or partnership is a qualified opportunity fund (QOF) has to do with WV's PBGC deduction.
Any help on this please?
