I have a client who has an LLC that has elected (federally) to be treated as an S corporation.
The LLC has income from Missouri sources, but does not have MO payroll, sales taxes, etc., so does not have a MO MITS number.
Other software that I've used (CCH ProSeries) tells me to use "99999999" for the missing MO MITS number, but ProSeries doesn't like that and won't let me efile this MO 1120S.
Suggestions?
