Are those long term care forms marked as Reimbursed?  or are they Per Diem?

Reimbursed doesn't need to be included on the tax return, just dont double dip taking medical expense on Sch A.

This is due to an IRS limitation on how many forms of each type can be e-filed.  For form 8853, the IRS limits the forms to one

In order to include both forms, you would need to paper file this return.
