Intuit Link for Proseries is no longer working in sync with my email. It has my email right, but when my clients hit "Reply", it goes to a nonexistent intuit portal site (basically nowhere). I called and sat on hold periodically with multiple EXPERT TECHS for almost three hours. They ultimately told me it was my computer. However, I run two computers with the same problem, which I never had before. And when I compared my test to my personal email from prior years, with a test to my personal email in the current year, it does not reference the same link email for 'reply'. I tried to tell the experts, to no avail. So I had to put a caveat in all my emails to clients through the portal that says, 'click my email, but not 'reply', as the intuit specialist are not very special this year, and the button doesn't work.'
