Import tax return data from quickbooks online for accountants

After spending hours in the fall of 2025 mapping my quickbooks online clients to the Proseries business tax returns and doing a test check on the 2024 Proseries client it worked 

Using Proseries 2025, I attempted to import the 2025 client information using the import tax return data from quickbooks online.   I had no success. I was on hold for over  two hours with support from Proseries and Quickbooks Online and had to leave early.  I received an email from Quickbooks online care with instructions to  fix the import issues and it did  not work.  I attempted to reply back to them today  only to get a no reply email response that there was no case no.  when there was.  I would need to start all over with this nonsense.  

Why does Proseries provide an online course in the Fall listing this feature when it does not work!
