I am using Proseries Basis. I have a client with an ITIN: 1. Has a Dependent 14 years old that lives with client the entire year. 2. Has a valid SSNO and is a full time student. Why is the software selecting Not Qual for Child Tax Credit?

They need SSN… can qualify for ODC

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
