I entered all of the short-term stock transactions from 1099B's on the schedule D worksheet & it's generating capital gains on the Schedule D. My client as a Day Trader is electing to use the Mark-to-Market accounting method on his Schedule C. My problem is that I don't know how to get the amounts from Schedule D to show up on Form 4797. I am using ProSeries Professional Program.
Please advise how to navigate this situation.
