Gambling withholdings are not flowing through to tax payments worksheet, wait for further updates?

I just entered a W2G and included withholdings, they flowed to the tax payments worksheet and Page 2 of the 1040.  Try deleting the W2G worksheet and start with a fresh one.

I did remove the W-2G worksheets, nothing changed.  I even deleted the client and retransferred after updated the program again.  then entered just one W-2G, and again, the income was not flowing through to Schedule 1, nor the Federal withholding not flowing through to the tax payments worksheet.  After 47 minutes with tech support, they could not figure it out.  How did you get this to work for you?
