Form 114 FBAR- Proseries Pro- failed to create "file Form 114 Marked for EF" in the EF center

Deleted Forn 114 FBAR several times, verified boxes are checked- In form 1040- form 114 for electronic filing, added overseas bank accounts, created form 114- checked for errors. However, unable to make it create the F

 Ive filed several of these with no issues.

Id try closing PS and running REPAIR UPDATES from the Windows Programs menu  Maybe a file was damaged or corrupted during an update, this dumps all previous updates and installs a fresh set.
