Just wanted to let the moderators know (to pass along to Engineering) that while attempting to create a PDF copy the program repeatedly threw an error. The "forms in use" screen failed to indicate where the error was. I eventually found out I had accidentally created a Form 5472 (untitled) and the "invisible" error finally went away when this was removed.
