Installation file for DMS shows v23.1.0

Can NOT export out of ProSeries into DMS for months!

Contacted Tech Support back in Dec 2023 and it's still NOT FIXED!

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE ENGINEERS?!

Used the SmartLook feature and the tech support rep took ScreenShots of the issue...

I'm fully licensed for DMS! BUT.... DMS says that I'm NOT DMS!!

IN DMS.. goto TOOLS... UPDATE LICENSE INFORMATION... CONFIRMED CUSTOMER NUMBER AND ZIP CODE INFORMATION... OK!

THE POP UP MESSAGE LITERALLY STATES: "YOU ARE LICENSES FOR THE FOLLOWING DMS PRODUCTS: DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM!"

WHAT'S THE **bleep** PROBLEM, INTUIT PROSERIES?!!!

FIX THE LINKING AND LICENSING ISSUE!

DMS WORKED THROUGH MOST OF 2023 UNTIL DEC THEN IT STOPPED WORKING!!!

I've reported at least 4-5 DIFFERENT times and had EACH tech support rep LITERALLY TAKE SCREEN SHOTS TO GIVE TO THE SOFTWARE ENGINEERS TO FIX THE **bleep** PROBLEM!

DEFINITELY NOT RENEWING FOR 2024 FOR OBVIOUS REASONS!
