A client's Kentucky return's e-file has been rejected. Error message says due to form 8582-K having incomplete or invalid information. There are no errors on the return. I called ProSeries this morning and they said there was a new update concerning this form and all I had to do was update and e-file again. I did this and it has been rejected again. I called ProSeries back and they don't have an answer. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to fix it?
