My accounting firm recently began using e-signatures along with Proseries. I wanted to see what the clients receives, so I created a dummy 1040 and PA-40 with 1 W-2 and sent it to myself. My email shows "Null Null" in various places instead of my name but it does show my email address properly at the bottom of the email. I sent a few e-sig requests to clients and asked them about it, and was told those received still show Null Null. Six or seven other employees here, who have used e-signature, do not seem to have this problem and I cant find a setting that is creating this issue on my computer, not does anyone else seem to know. I haven't seen other complaints about this but if anyone can assist, I would definitely appreciate the help.
