When I try to e-file a client 2023 return it directing me to my account I do have an active 2025 account
Try updating your 2023 software. If that doesn’t work check your licensing is current. A call to support may be in order…
Try "license Products" under tools after you update
If Tools License Product doesnt do it, then a call to support may be in your future.
If you had Basic back in 2023 and now you have Professional in 2025, the Pro license wont work for Basic, you'd need to call support
