It appears as if e-signatures work seamlessly for some of my clients but not for others. I have had at least 10 clients try to submit only to get an error saying "Envelope or Account Activation Not Found". I don't understand. I even had one client in person that required no authentication and it still failed. It makes not sense. Then to add insult to injury, I have a limited amount of signatures and each time I resend it goes against my balance so that's $2.50 each time I have to (re)send the same signatures which only wind up failing with each attempt.
