I have filled out the info for the husband, and prepared a separate file and form for the wife. How do I efile these two forms using Proseries? Or do I attach a PDF form online FBAR?

Yes, you can e-file Form 114 using Intuit ProSeries. Here is an article from Intuit on how to do it.
You need to find Part VI in the federal information worksheet. Mark the checkbox labeled Filing of Form 114. From the File menu, choose Go to Foreign Bank reporting Form 114. Click the State you want from the left menu and check Foreign Bank Report Form 114. Go to the EF Center homebase in ProSeries, locate the client and note the row dedicated for Form 114. The EF Status column will display Form 114 marked for EF. You can then highlight the Form 114 marked for EF row. You can then proceed with the electronic filing.
You have to mark the 114 for Efiling on the Fed info worksheet.
On the Fed Info Worksheet, put your cursor in the scroll bar of the right margin and click 9 times and you'll get the box to check to EF the 114
