Which part of the assigned number should I include for Form 1095

I'm going to say the complete opposite as Susan:  The ending.  😂

But unless they are allocating the policy, it probably doesn't matter because it doesn't show up on the tax return.

 

Line 2.

Enter the number the Marketplace assigned to the policy. If the policy number is greater than 15 characters, enter only the last 15 characters.
