Product list says that they are available and ready for e-filing, but have tried Select and Download New Products - checked, unchecked and rechecked states i need; tried Update Installed Products; tried Refresh Updates; gone directly to start menu and tried from there too; restarted computer. Nothing works - I need these state forms. Anyone else having this problem? I tried to call support but of course they are closed for the holiday. Thank you.
