I finished a 2020 1040x several days ago .. .... the e-file signature authorization form was signed today by client.... Before e-filing I double checked has I always do and sure enough the numbers had disappeared on the 1040x.... But the description of the changes was still on the 1040x and all of the changes on the form 1040 were also still there... the only thing that transpired from the time that I finished it until today was the update this morning which should not have affected the 1040x .... The 1040 changes were for items from an estate K1 ... So you may want to double check before you e-file... just my opinion...
