Will I be able to convert the preparer information from proprietor to partnership in 2019?

Software was purchased by my proprietorship. Software will be used by the new partnership starting in 2019.

You would need to submit a 'Business Name Change Request' and provide most current EFIN Application Summary for the new entity to use your ProSeries under the new name.
