Question

Why transmitting my tax return is declined? Also, my ProSeries software seemed to be crashed, what to do so that I can transmit my returns?

Did the happen right after a WIndow update?  I saw someone that had to uninstall and reinstall the lastest Win update....but if youre confident that isnt the issue, try this.

Close ProSeries then go to the Windows Start menu and choose Repair updates, see if that fixes it
