why isn't form 2555 printing with my client's return in proseries for 2021 tax filing
When I print my client's return which includes form 2555 - that form is not included in the print copy of the return and because of that it is not included in the e-file submitted to the IRS so it is being rejected.
Why isn't the form included in the printing and why isn't it included in the e-file?
The same client's return included the same forms in tax year 2020 and was e-filed & printed with no problems so why isn't it working now? I have e-filed and printed other clients' federal returns with form 2555 and did not have this problem?? HELP, PLEASE
