Why is Virginia part-year resident form 760PY NOT calculatign the tax??
The client has earned income while a Maryland and Virginia resident. The tax able income for Virginia is $17,809, however, line #18 on the form 760PY states that the tax on is is $0, when it should be $725 according to the tax table. Please help. Thank you.
