Why is the system not picking up the difference between line 1 and 5 of 1098 T?

Yes. Part V line 9 shows taxable income of 598, but the system is not picking it up as other income or nowhere in the return. Do I have to manually add it in?

It should add it to the Wages line with SCH written to the left of the amount.
