Why is my firm info, ERO info, and preparer info all missing in my 2018 software?

I updated product license. Nothing.

I didn't change anything-address, EIN, PTIN, ERO, nothing. 

Is this a function of the 2018 not being e-fileable since it hasn't been updated for the newest tax law?

I just checked my 2019 Professional and Basic programs ....all my information is intact. I did update the 2018 programs yesterday.

    Mine all appears to be where it should be, I have not updated 2018 since Jan 29th
