Why is electronic filing a 2020 tax return not allowed if the simplified AMT method is being used?

From what I remember, the IRS slightly changed the e-file requirements for that and Intuit decided not to update the software, so they reject it.

    If your sure the return is correct, just disable error checking when you efile
