Why is dependent info auto filling to Qualifying widow area when Head of Household status is checked? It won't allow me to delete it.

That 'on or around 8 pm Eastern time'...… seems to have been a little off.   I'm no 'code geek' or programmer, but I really have a hard time understanding how  an instruction to move dependent name to the QW blank line, just appears out of nowhere.
