why i can not select yes or not on physical residence of california?

I am trying to select yes on physical residence on California work sheet, and it does not allowed me why?

I am having the same issue. Cannot e-file state return as is comes up with this message:

California Individual: This return failed final review. We recommend you fix the errors found in Final Review.

I just find out that if the tax payer is under 18 California will not take it as the residence 😞 I change the age to 18 and it allowed me to fix the problem

You cant just change the taxpayers age.

There was a program alert about this yesterday that popped up as a yellow bar at the top of the screen, Hit the red alert button on the toolbar to read it.
