Why does the K-3 print 6 times for each shareholder?
I had 4 shareholders on an 1120S where schedules K-2 and K-3 had to be filed. Luckily I printed the K-1s to PDF before proceeding. It was 248 pages long! ProSeries had printed each shareholder's K-3 six times. I have not seen a setting or a place to fix this. Has anyone else come across this?
