Why does ProSeries make you sign in twice every time you open the program and perform updates even if you have already signed-in and updated earlier that day.

It seems that you should be able to update only once per day to avoid this duplicative exercise.

We have been encountering this issue for a while now. You can eliminate it by going into your updates folder and deleting everything but details.htm. Once that is done relaunch the program and it will only ask you to sign in once.

You can locate the updates folder under C:\Prowin17\Updates
